We are looking for a motivated individual to join the growing consultancy team as a Commercial Services Lead.
The role is a senior position within the Company providing line management responsibilities. The successful applicant will already be acting in a commercial role, and be seeking additional financial, administrative, governance and line management experience. This role carries a 5% kpi bonus on top of any current remuneration you currently have. In addition to existing responsibilities the lead will be expected to provide sales and technical support, ensuring proactive engagement and communication to staff/sub-consultants and delivery of departmental objectives. It is the responsibility of the lead to ensure the Costain Way of service delivery is maintained and will act as a primary source of advice and technical knowhow to your team.
