What will I be doing?

  • Provide first line advice to all queries received from staff and managers on matters relating to training.
  • Updating and maintaining training records.
  • Book external and internal trainers.
  • Book venues for training.
  • Send out Joining Instructions.
  • Input invoices onto E1.
  • Track spend.
  • Track CITB Grant Recovery.
  • Update and maintain records on the Learning Management System.
  • Summarise evaluation forms and other feedback following training.
  • Coordination of Corporate Induction, SHE, IT and Management training courses.
  • Gathering evidence for Employer Ownership of Skills
  • Monthly collation of receipts for the department P Card Statement

About you

  • Experience of providing advice and guidance to staff and managers relating to training.
  • Experience of using LMS including the ability to create, update and maintain records and run reports.
  • Experience of on-line finance packages.
  • Experience of providing a training administrative service.

Recommended Qualifications

Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English
